It feels like these people genuinely want to do something for the patient. I am 100% satisfied. We received excellent treatment here. Visited this hospital for a USG Doppler test for a twin pregnancy as a CGHS beneficiary. The medical infrastructure may or may not be advanced, but the linguistic creativity at the reception desk is certainly world-class. The receptionist confidently informed me that the hospital is “not empanelled for twin Doppler, only for single Doppler.” This was a fascinating revelation—apparently, in this institution, twins are treated as a regulatory category rather than a medical condition. It later transpired (after some patient probing) that the real issue was far simpler: the hospital does not have the facility to conduct a twin Doppler at all. One wonders why such plain truth must be dressed up in bureaucratic origami. A straightforward “We don’t have the facility” would have saved time, confusion, and mild amusement. That said, if you are looking for: Clear communication ❌ Precision in terminology ❌ A crash course in how not to explain limitations ✅ —then this hospital delivers. Suggestion: Invest not only in diagnostic equipment, but also in basic communication skills. They are far cheaper, and considerably more effective. Would I return? Only if I need another lesson in administrative semantics.

We are extremely thankful to Dr. Sushovan Baidya and the entire team at Sanjeevan Hospital. My patient developed jaundice after gall bladder surgery for gallstones, and further evaluation revealed a bile duct stone with infection. The situation was critical, but Dr. Baidya acted promptly and performed an emergency ERCP on a Sunday evening, which truly shows his dedication and commitment to patient care. Thanks to his timely intervention and expertise, she is now doing absolutely fine. The support from all doctors, nursing staff, and hospital staff at Sanjeevan Hospital was exceptional-very caring, attentive, and professional throughout the treatment.
