Doctors and staff roam in the ICU without masks and with the shoes. There is no word of hygiene in complete hospital. They're are only to make money, even by giving the wrong treatment. Never ever visit this hospital if you care for you loved ones.

Ekdum third class facility and they people charge 40 k for a single day without providing any such facility to the patient . The lady sitting in the admin harass people mentally and charge false claims and the head of the hosp is very rude and focus on charging extra bills only without providing any facility to the patient . The hygiene and icu is worst . Behaviour is worst and when you object the false claims mentioned in the bill then their head said ki hmare hosp m aisa hi hota h . Kindly take relevant action on charging penalty on the hosp so that they will not play with health and finances of the general public.

I am reporting a serious lack of care at your hospital on Sunday, Despite the urgency, I was refused necessary medical tests because "staff is off on Sunday." Furthermore, the on-duty staff were unhelpful, and security personnel were found sleeping. A hospital must provide 24/7 urgent care and safety. I request an immediate investigation into these lapses.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the treatment and staff behavior experienced during a recent stay in the ICU at your hospital. The patient was admitted with the expectation of receiving attentive and professional critical care. However, we were extremely disappointed with the level of treatment provided in the ICU. There appeared to be a lack of proper monitoring, delayed responses from the nursing staff when assistance was urgently needed, and insufficient communication from the medical team regarding the patient’s condition and treatment plan. In addition, the behavior of certain staff members was unprofessional and insensitive. Our concerns and questions were not addressed properly, and we felt ignored during a very stressful and critical time. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially in an ICU setting where families depend heavily on the support and guidance of hospital staff. We request that you please look into this matter seriously and conduct a thorough review of the ICU care and staff behavior during this period. We also ask to be informed about the findings and the corrective actions taken to ensure that no other patient or family has to go through a similar experience. We trusted your hospital with a life, and this experience has caused us deep distress. We hope the hospital administration will take immediate and appropriate action.
