I visited the hospital around 1 o'clock for an eye check-up/treatment, and the entire experience was excellent. The waiting room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor took plenty of time to listen to my concerns carefully. The staff gave clear instructions before the eye drops were administered and explained exactly how long it would take before the final eye inspection. Everything was well-organized and efficient. Highly recommended! Charges 400 rupees value for time and money.
The appointment process was smooth and time-efficient. The staff were kind, helpful, and respectful. The doctor was very professional, compassionate, and showed genuine empathy toward patients. I have consulted. (Dr. Pooja Vinayak Patil ji) phenomenal doctor 🙏 There was no discrimination of any kind — everyone was treated equally and with dignity. What I like the most details checkup and consultation and cleanliness.
I had an excellent experience at Sankara Eye Hospital. What impressed me the most was the exceptional behavior of the staff; they are incredibly polite and professional. The hospital maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which is very reassuring. Additionally, the peaceful and calm environment makes the entire visit stress-free. Highly recommended for quality eye care!
Shankar Eye Center provided excellent support during my husband’s cataract operation. The doctors and staff were very caring, professional, and cooperative throughout the entire process. Everything was well explained, and the surgery went smoothly. We are very satisfied with the treatment and overall experience. Highly recommended.
What else does a patient and his family members expect from a hospital? 1. A proper reception where you get a genuine guidance. 2. Neat & clean premises and rooms and patient beds. 3. A specialist who cares more about the patient then the money. 4. Caring staff. 5. A dilation area 6. A garden which is out of the hospital premises where also you can sit alone. 7. Ample parking space. Etc. They have this all above and more. I came here to get the operation done of cataract of my mother and I am fully satisfied from the hospital and their treatment. Highly Recommended! Thanks Shankara Hospital.
