The hospital is well managed with quality staffs. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. But In hospital there is no canteen Available for patients & attendance So we faced some problems with food, I am requesting that hospital management to provide food, Either all services is very good 👍
Hospital is good Dr Khetri is outstanding but Reception staffs are not experienced delay process in administration parts especially Jyostna Ma’am. Hope khetri sir will look into it.
Though hospital facilities were good, support staff asking for tips is the horror story to worry about. At least 6-7 people, maintenance staff mainly, demanded for tips, which I find very unprofessional. Even one of those staff didn't even provide any services in our cabin. Management should train staff regarding this.
Sara gastro and laparoscopic hospital is a multi functional private hospital. Dr. Ramji khetri is the owner of this hospital. Doctors and nursing staffs are very dedicated to their duty (service). There is a pharmacy counter in front of the reception counter. The hospital cleaning staffs are very much cooperative.
