3,972 on GoogleWe came to this hospital for my mother’s spinal operation and stayed here for 6 days. The doctors explained the condition and treatment very clearly before surgery. The operation was done successfully, and now my mother is much better and recovering well. Special thanks to Dr. Deepak Kumar Das for his excellent treatment, guidance, and care. He is very experienced, polite, and supportive. We stayed in a cabin on the 4th floor. The nurses there are very caring, kind, and attentive. The nurse maid was also caring and helpful throughout our stay. The hospital is clean and well managed, and the discharge procedure was smooth and well coordinated. One small suggestion: sometimes a little smell comes from the washroom, which can be improved. Overall, we are very thankful to the entire hospital team. Highly recommended for spinal treatment and surgery.

I had an excellent experience throughout my stay. The hospital maintains good standards of hygiene and the environment is clean and comfortable. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were extremely cooperative, attentive and caring, ensuring that every need was promptly addressed. Their professionalism and compassion made a difficult time much easier for us.
Extremely Poor & Negligent Experience – Think Twice Before Admission This hospital is highly disappointing and appears focused only on money collection, not patient care. I am sharing our real experience so others can make an informed decision. My mother-in-law was suffering from Gallbladder Cancer with severe jaundice due to CBD blockage. We admitted her to this hospital on 22/12/2025 for ERCP. Despite a bilirubin level of 24, the gastroenterologist Dr. first attended the patient only on 24/12/2025 night. The patient was already in a critical condition, yet no urgency was shown. MRCP was advised late ERCP was planned on 27/12/2025 but failed We were told a second attempt would be done without OT charges On 29/12/2025, ERCP was suddenly postponed without explanation On 30/12/2025, the patient was kept completely fasting, but the doctor did not come or inform anyone Due to prolonged fasting and negligence, the patient’s blood sugar dropped dangerously to 36. Even after repeated requests, hospital staff failed to check sugar on time, showing complete lack of medical awareness. The next day, ERCP was tried again and failed once more. After that, the doctor clearly stated that nothing more could be done and advised us to go to another hospital. Shocking Billing Practice The hospital charged for 2 OT procedures Hospital management said they will not listen to the doctor because the doctor is on salary Huge bills were raised for unnecessary delays and zero improvement Conclusion ❌ No coordination ❌ No accountability ❌ Gross negligence ❌ Patient safety ignored ❌ Only high bills, no results This is a money-oriented hospital with poor ethics and careless handling of critical patients. If you are considering treatment here, please think twice.
