I had Horrible experience in this hell and I am still suffering for criminal negligence. Dr Smita chaudhary is extremely rude. My son born with normal delivery. Due to normal delivery Dr Smita was extremely angry & frustrated as surgery would have been more profitable. She started shouting unnecessarily and stiched without giving local anaesthesia, it caused my wife unbearable pain.during the delivery, when baby was just about to deliver ,she was absent & nurses told my wife to hold . During this period my baby had swallowed something that caused him infection. During the stay in hospital, baby developed jaundice and sepsis but they didn't care . After discharge when I reached home , baby developed many complications and recurring seizures and I had to get him admitted in amba hospital for next two weeks. He was in nicu . I cost us alot of money. My wife was traumatized. My son's growth is very slow and he had seizures thereafter many times and still going under treatment. Every single day , we suffer because he is week. This is all because this lady doctor Smita was furious over normal delivery. I couldn't file a police complaint against this criminal but I believe she will not go unpunished . The almighty God will deliver justice one day. Purpose of this review is to beware innocent people who care 9 months for a healthy baby . Please stay away from this hospital.

No discount on Medicine, thus it's expensive & consultancy fee is also expensive. And doctor's never come on time.

Disappointed, worst experience ever!! My sister delivered her baby here since she got her labour pain at night, we shifter her here. It is one of the pathetic hospital here, staff is totally unhygienic, hospital is totally worst. You can't even feel if it's is hospital which should be clean. Staff is non co operative and asking money for everything as if we are not paying the hospital itself. Not sure where I should go to complain about all the nonsense and traumatizing activities going here. All the sisters and nurse don't know how to talk , how to behave with a patient. They are all so rude, unhygienic and unprofessional. Hospital is totally dirty despite charging so much higher fees. Bathrooms are worse than railway public toilets. Whole hospital stink of urine and . Even private bedrooms for which they are charging 7K per day are full of mosquitos and lizards and dirt. This hospital is the worst hospital I have seen in my life. At least I hope they focus on cleaning and training their staff well rather than charging and demanding money for third class services.
