North Star Hospital

As usual the experience was outstanding the same as experienced in 2014 when the TKR of my mother was done successfully. Now in Dec 2025 my father has been done with TKR successfully in the same way as past. Overall the behaviour and the level of care of each and every staff member is heartfelt. Obviously we will not forget our beloved and the most successful doctor in the area of joint replacement, I don't have words to describe his lovely behaviour.He is outstanding personality. My best wishes are always with him and hospital. Thanks

This is a very bad hospital. Do not go here. My father had a cut on his finger and scratches on his face. They only did basic dressing, and that too not properly. The doctor did not examine him carefully at all. They kept him for 2 days and made a bill of 40,000, just because of a private room. No services were provided – ❌ no food ❌ no drinking water ❌ no proper care These people know nothing except how to take money. Zero patient care. Strongly not recommended.

Some staff, including nursing staff need to learn basic manners to talk, they think patients are not paying , they show as it's vice versa, no hospital no Institute is bigger than clients, every day new hospitals are getting inaugurated, seems people are still delusional about health care sector in India. Other than that mediocre service, but its same in almost all hospitals, expecting money for each work , mostly clients are lost due to staff, management has least role in this. Hope this gets read for their benefit, arrange some courtesy classes every month for staff.

I'm sharing my recent experience with North Star Hospital. My brother was admitted to the ICU. However, the ICU was worse than any government hospital. Cleaning was minimal. They shut off the ICU's AC at night and didn't even provide air to the patients. Even complaints go unheeded. The hospital's owner, Abhishek Trivedi behaviour was very bad. When I confronted him about the problem, he treated me and my sister horribly and even called the police to threaten us. This isn't a hospital, it's a den of loot. A whole network is operating here. Poor and other needy people are being robbed. This hospital needs to be investigated. No one should come here for treatment. There are many good hospitals in Kanpur, but never come to this hospital.

The staff was very empathetic they treated me like a person not a patient I felt safe and respected throughout.
