I came to Sarvdrishti Eye Hospital in Patna for my father’s eye surgery using an Ayushman card. The experience was disappointing — they clearly discriminate between Ayushman patients and others. We had to wait for almost 5 hours even after visiting for three consecutive days. The staff at the counter were unhelpful and uncooperative. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and treats every patient equally in the future.
My experience at this eye hospital was excellent. The doctors are highly experienced, polite, and explain everything clearly. They listen carefully to the patient's concerns and provide the best possible guidance. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. From the appointment to the treatment, everything went smoothly. The hospital environment is clean, hygienic, and well maintained.Overall, I am completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this hospital for any eye-related treatment."
