Sarvodaya Medicentre

One of the most mismanaged and careless hospitals ever. Doctors are rarely available, and the staff has zero sense of responsibility or time. Tests never start on schedule — hours of waiting mean nothing to them. The receptionist’s default response is always, ‘Main kya karu, doctor nahi hai,’ which perfectly shows their uselessness and lack of accountability. The coordination between departments is a joke — no one knows what’s happening. Patients are left suffering while the staff passes the blame around. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to call itself a hospital.

I recently visited here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The centre is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and ensured a smooth check-in process. The clinic is also well-equipped with modern medical facilities, making the entire consultation process seamless. I appreciate the efficiency and care provided by both the doctor and the supporting staff. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

Made appointment using corporate circle and they didn’t respond to appointment for confirmation. After escalating this internally got call and they defined unnecessary and illogical reason to cancel appointment and not accepting this. Just for try I used another contact directly and bingo they have accepted everything. In medical services they are running business directly to charge more totally unauthentic and untrusted center. Better to go with reputed lab as this is really important to get reports valid and trusted. Sharing information so that others will not get into trap and face consequences with respect to further medical process. On top of that receptionist not able to answer your queries and disconnected call. 😂

Excellent Care and Service I've had a grt pleasant experience at Sarvodaya Medicentre. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about patient well-being. Cordial thanks to Meera Ma'am for ur warm welcome & guidance and support.. The Centre is really stands on top from walk-in to consultation, everything is efficient and well-organized. The doctors take the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes a big difference. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. Half of the stress/illness goes off as we walk-in to the centre (a healing ambience).. Thanks for quality healthcare and compassionate service. Kip going..😀

No time discipline. Called me at 8:30am in the morning for a test and no technician or doctor was available till 9:25am. Not advised to waste time here
