Staff doesn't have knowledge. The Bedsheet are not clean and Tidy. I has been more than 9 hours that the patient is admitted in hospital via ECHS channel but no doctor visited yet to examine the patient. All the tests are done and no doctor is bothered to examine the patient. Thw hospital is a mockery itself in the name of hygiene and cleanliness. The staff is rude and doesn't seem to bother about patient's issues.

Worst Experience Ever with any hospital. At first, when I got admitted there in emergency, I was given first aid after one hour. Thereafter, when I was shifted to ICU, even then they started my treatment after 2-3 hours later. As my condition worsens day by day, I decided for myself to get out of that hospital and go to a better and genuine one.

I visited for my Brother's treatment. Staff is not very good and but somewhat helpful. Doctors listen you with patience and talk in detail. they are helpful unlike at some place where they don't even talk to patient or family members. i think they aren't properly trained or managed its expensive and can expect upto 20k for bone surgeries but they care good. Keep advance moneg if you visit.

I visited Dr. shailendra Singh. Doctor is not managing things in proper way. In OPD time he is doing operations and patients suffer because of this. There is no rule and regulations. But OPD service is worst i ever seen in any hospital. One girl sitting outside of Dr. Cabin do not know anything just use there mobiles and do not send patient number wise anybody can come and go inside. I visited many times and same thing happens every time. Waiting 2 to 4 hours for 4 and 5 numbers because she does not how to mange the patients only busy in using mobile.

There is no cleanliness in the hospital, the staff has zero knowledge, and even the doctors are not that competent. In this hospital, patients are not treated properly; instead, their condition is made worse.”
