I didn't want to give even a single star, but since the doctors are good, I'm giving one. Visiting Sewa Sadan Hospital felt like being in a typical old government bank—they keep shuffling you from Room 1 to Room 4, and then to Room 24. They don't process the files and just make you sit for hours, wasting time. The ground staff is quite rude as well. I was made to run from one room to another for 3 hours just for the discharge process. Even Bairagarh Civil Hospital provides better attention and service than this. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Time and mental peace khatam kar di!! 😣

Very knowledgeable Doctors. Highly recommended for eyes treatment. This is very very best charitable eye hospital in Madhya Pradesh. When i visited here i don't what to do and how but the hospital staff of this hospital is very good and helpful. I asked one nurse to take suggestion about eye operation to the consultant Doctor and she took me to the doctor and doctor gave me the all brief description this helped me so much. Nice and helpful staff handling lot of patients simultaneously, though space is a constraint but it is managed nicely.Parking facility is there, wheelchairs are available.You can book appointments online as well in hospital in the early morning by 9.00am
This is very very best charitable eye hospital in Madhya Pradesh. When i visited here i don't what to do and how but the hospital staff of this hospital is very good and helpful. I asked one nurse to take suggestion about eye operation to the consultant Doctor and she took me to the doctor and doctor gave me the all brief description this helped me so much.
Best place for complete eye care. Affordable and convenient. All staff are very coeprative and helping
Dr Ms Srivastav gave a very satisfactory treatment and under stood my problems and gave me apt and sincere treatment. Thanx alot to her and her team. K.c puri
