My father recently underwent cataract surgery with Dr. PS Bindra at Matashree Hospital, and our experience was excellent. The surgery was done on Friday and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, supportive, and the entire process was well organized. The post-surgery follow-up was also very quick and efficient, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Dr. Bindra was very reassuring and handled the procedure with great care. The doctors are excellent, but the support staff leaves much to be desired. The entire process—from reception and vision testing to the final consultation—is poorly managed by the team. It’s disappointing to see such top-notch doctors undermined by disorganized coworkers
