I had an excellent experience at Dr. P.S. Bindra’a – Matashree Netralaya for my father’s Cataract operation. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards, which instantly builds confidence and comfort. Dr. Bindra is extremely polite, patient, and approachable—he takes time to listen and explain everything clearly, which makes a big difference for patients. The staff deserves special appreciation as well: proactive, courteous, and well-coordinated at every step. From registration to discharge, the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Overall, a highly professional and patient-friendly eye care center. Strongly recommended 👍

My father recently underwent cataract surgery with Dr. PS Bindra at Matashree Hospital, and our experience was excellent. The surgery was done on Friday and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The staff was professional, supportive, and the entire process was well organized. The post-surgery follow-up was also very quick and efficient, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Dr. Bindra was very reassuring and handled the procedure with great care. I highly recommend Matashree Hospital and Dr. PS Bindra for patients who need cataract treatment or eye care. We are very satisfied with the overall experience. 👍👨‍⚕️✨

The doctors are excellent, but the support staff leaves much to be desired. The entire process—from reception and vision testing to the final consultation—is poorly managed by the team. It’s disappointing to see such top-notch doctors undermined by disorganized coworkers

Guys please don't come here if u r only coming for normal eye checkup consultation, coz u have to wait a lot , we reached at 11:07 am and it's 12:45 pm , still waiting, staff will not let u know the exact time it is going to take for our turn , wrost thing the AC was not ON in waiting lounge and when I requested them then the AC started working, I think there is no number system, they are seeing VIP patients in between coz I was told my mother waiting number is 8 , then our number should have come by this time , still waiting, PLEASE VISIT ONLY IF U HAVE WHOLE DAY TO WAIT , I wonder is this a government hospital, coz private hospital doesn't run like this , I keep on going and asking on reception and I m sure number 8 doesn't have to wait for so much as doctor must be seeing some VIP patients in between. Finally my mother was called inside at 1 pm so now u can see if your number is 8 also , the normal waiting time is approx 2 hours . Doctor saheb is good but the waiting time and the waiting area is not worth
