"I had an excellent experience at [SGS Super Speciality Hospital Managed by Health1]. [Dr.] listened to my concerns very carefully, arranged for the necessary tests at the right time, and provided precise treatment. The nurses and staff here are very cooperative and courteous. The hospital was also very clean. I highly recommend this hospital."

I visited your hospital between 8:30 AM and 9:15 AM for an Orthopaedic consultation. I informed the female staff member at the reception desk that I wanted to register for the consultation. She simply asked me to sit and wait without informing me whether the doctor was available. I waited for approximately 30 minutes, but no one updated me about the doctor's status. During this time, I observed the receptionist spending time talking with pharmacy staff instead of attending to patients. After waiting for a long time, I went back to the reception desk and asked whether the doctor was available. Only then did she inform me that the doctor was not available and said that I could leave if I wanted. If the doctor was unavailable, I should have been informed immediately instead of being made to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes. When I politely pointed out that I should have been informed earlier, her response was rude and unprofessional. She stated that it was not her fault that I kept sitting there and that I should have come back to the desk myself. Such behavior towards a patient is completely unacceptable. There was no other staff member available at the reception at that time; otherwise, I would have reported the matter immediately. I chose not to argue further, but I noticed that she continued behaving carelessly with other patients as well. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and professionalism displayed by your reception staff. A hospital's reputation depends not only on its doctors but also on the behavior and efficiency of its staff. Reception personnel are expected to guide patients properly, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect. I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that such negligence and unprofessional behavior is not repeated. Due to this experience, I have decided not to visit your hospital again, and I will also share my experience with my family and relatives. I hope you will treat this complaint seriously and take the necessary corrective measures.

I recently got admitted to SGS Hospital for fracture plate removal surgery, and my experience was very good. The hospital provided excellent facilities and maintained proper care throughout my stay. The doctors and staff were extremely supportive, kind, and attentive. Everyone took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and safe. I am truly thankful to the entire team for their wonderful service and care.

One of the best multi-specialist hospital in gandhinagar.. Excellent staff of doctors and co-workers…great management and cleanliness..Strongly recommend to consult here..
