I found Shelar hospital hospital to be very expensive. I was under treatment for blood pressure and diabetes with Dr. Shelar for about four months and ended up spending nearly ₹20,000 on medicines. Later, when I consulted another doctor after returning from South Korea, I was told that such a large number of medicines was unnecessary. My treatment was simplified to just three medicines costing around ₹680 per month, which made me realize how much money I had wasted. Another concerning observation is that during consultations, Dr. Shelar often exaggerated the seriousness of my condition, repeatedly suggesting ICU admission. This approach creates unnecessary fear and anxiety for patients rather than reassurance. Overall, I feel misled and financially burdened by this experience. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, as I believe the treatment was excessive and not in the patient’s best interest.
I am sharing my experience of going to the hospital to check my blood pressure. They admitted me to the ICU just to drip. They say that in a normal admission area, there is no facility for a drip. I was there for 5 hours, and they charged me 32000. and also 7000 on medication.. it was too expensive for me just to check bpm for 39000 rupess ..
very bad experience in shelar hospital 1 night for monitering to paisent they tell me 3800 and naxt day they charge 5000 false commet ment they have given and hospital also not clean and bad smeel was spread i suggest dont wast money and time

Shelar hospital offers good service and has been very helpful in the treatment of me and my relatives. I would definitely suggest this hospital to anyone and as for the negative comments, many of them are fake and due to people not understanding the treatment half of the time then badmouthing the doctor and staff.
