Dr and the management is very good but the cleanliness in the hospital is not good. They don’t provide handwash in the washroom but it is said here that you should bring it from home. In the patient's room, his family members are also with him so a little room spray should also be done so that he can sit there. No attention is paid to cleanliness, for which money is being taken

No cleanliness in the canteen area and in general ward too. the behaviour or reception staff is very bad , they don't have common manners how to behave with patients and customers . The pharmacist are very egoistic . Not good experience. It's a hospital, the cleanliness should be priority. Doctors are good , but the rest of the things aren't. This is how they treat their coustomers and expect a good feedback all the time...not possible due to their behaviour.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Shri Radhakrishna Hospital & Research Institute. I was charged ₹1850 for CBC, LFT, KFT, and Thyroid Profile tests, while the same tests are clearly included in the hospital’s RKH Basic Body Checkup package for only ₹999 — as printed on their own brochure. When I questioned this at the hospital, the staff simply said, “We can’t do anything now.” This response was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of transparency and concern for patients. I demand that the hospital management either adjust or refund the excess amount charged. Such practices damage trust and give a bad name to healthcare institutions. I strongly urge others to double-check package prices before making any payment here. This hospital has got expensive since the ownership has been changed. The nurse staff is not good and they pay a little attention to the patient.
