Very nice hospital and staff specially penal reception staff.dr shivani Sabharwal very nice by profession and nature. I visit many hospitals but could not find doctors like Dr. Samir Kuba at Narayana Hospital and Dr. Shivani Sabharwal at Jeevan Mala Hospital. Both dr very nice.
Free Parking own risk, easy to locate. elevator available, helpdesk emergency 24 hrs available. TPA, CGHS both acceptable. Ward was okay, toilet facilities was average. Good staff. Food was average. OPD available. Pharmacy inside, Snack shop also available.
Had a really good experience at Jeewan Mala Hospital. The place is clean, organized, and the staff is quite helpful. Dr. Pankaj is an amazing doctor—very polite, understanding, and takes time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell he cares about his patients. I felt completely at ease under his care. Would definitely recommend this hospital and Dr. Pankaj to anyone looking for good treatment!

He listens carefully to concerns and gives the right guidance without rushing. His treatment was effective, and I felt well taken care of throughout the process.
