SJM Super Speciality Hospital

This is one of the worst hospital experiences our family has ever faced. My uncle was admitted here for what was supposed to be a simple procedure – replacement of a rod in his fractured hand. We were assured that it was a routine surgery and nothing complicated. However, after the surgery his condition deteriorated badly and he went into a coma. Today he is completely bedridden and in a much worse state than before admission. A procedure that was expected to improve his health has instead destroyed his quality of life. Throughout this entire ordeal, we experienced poor communication, lack of proper explanation, and no sense of accountability from the medical team or hospital management. No one took responsibility for what went wrong, and we were left helpless and confused. The hospital showed little empathy or concern for the patient and the family. We trusted them with a simple treatment, and the outcome has been devastating. I would strongly advise others to think many times before choosing this hospital. Extremely disappointing and traumatic experience.

From admission to treatment, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The doctors are knowledgeable, and the support staff makes sure patients feel comfortable throughout. The owner, Pushpa Kaul, treats patients with such warmth and care – she truly has a motherly presence that makes you feel comfortable and supported throughout. One of the doctors, Dr. Vinod bhat is also wonderful – very soft-spoken, kind, and attentive. Their approach and treatment have shown positive results and Highly recommended!

I have been taking treatment under Dr. Smriti since 4 years and I have wonderful experience with Dr. Smriti. She is extremely polite and helpful and understands patients emotions so well. I would recommend everyone for any gynae related issues to dr. Smriti. She has delivered my second baby on 7th or nov and I have never faced any issue with my operation or anything.
