We are happy to avail ourselves of your facility and availing same from last more then 10 Years, because of the location is nearby and the doctors and handling are too good, but in the last experience, we introduced one staff member Anshu on the date of 23rd Feb 2026 on the day of discharge; her attitude was not good, and the method of giving injection was not correct at all. The injection was given in the back, and that too twice, and after that neither cotton nor anything else was used.

I brought my grandmother to this hospital, where Dr. Bharat (Ortho) conducted all her checkups on the very first day. All the necessary tests were done properly, and we came to know that she has osteoporosis. When her condition worsened, I got her admitted to this hospital. Genuinely, it is very affordable and caring. A very special thanks to Dr. Bharat, because of whom my grandmother was diagnosed at the right time, and she is much better now than before. Secondly, the staff here is very good. Bindu – Manager: She is very helpful.Kajal – Dietician: Kajal, She provided a very good diet plan for my grandmother and regularly came to check on her, she is too sweet with the patient everyone should make a diet plan from her once if u visit surbhi hospital. ( A big thanks to you too ) Anshu – Sister : She took care of my grandmother’s medicines and everything daily, ensuring that everything was given on time. Thanks for caring my grandmother Like every place, there are pros and cons. I would suggest not buying medicines from inside the hospital, as the same medicines with the same salt are available outside at a cheaper price, while inside they are more expensive.
