I got my mother’s ultrasound done. At the reception, Priti Ma’am treated us very well and was very supportive throughout the process. Her behavior was very polite and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Thank you, Priti Ma’am, for your great support.

This lab follows an extremely unprofessional approach. Whenever you call to check rates, they refuse to share prices over the phone and insist that you send the doctor’s slip first. The reason? They want to see the doctor’s name so they can adjust the pricing based on the commission structure between the lab and the doctor. This is nothing short of cheating the client. Such practices are unethical and unacceptable in the healthcare industry. I strongly recommend not using this lab—transparency and fairness clearly don’t exist here.

"DAYLIGHT ROBBERY" by this facility _____________________ _____________________ I recently had a whole abdomen ultrasound at this facility, and I was shocked to find out that they charge INR 1500 for the procedure. In my opinion, that’s quite exorbitant—almost like daylight robbery! As far as I can tell, no other diagnostic center in Delhi charges this much, except for those within hospitals. I strongly encourage people to explore other diagnostic centers in the area. You might find more reasonable rates without compromising on the quality of care.

Staff was too good recently I visit sparkle diagnostic for ct scan urogram I feel very happy there after visiting technician Anshu was very polite and nice person he knows how to treat and co-ordinate with the patients he co-ordinate me in very proper way from the beginning of the ct till the scan gets over. I very thankful of him 🙏 @ Anshu .

Did a very good sonography at a reasonable price, and the doctor is very experienced. I’ve had sonography done many times before, but this is the best doctor I’ve ever met.
