SR Kalla Gestro Hospital provides outstanding medical care with a very professional and patient-friendly approach. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and take the time to explain the condition and treatment clearly, which gives great confidence to patients and their families. The nursing staff deserves special appreciation for their kindness, dedication, and constant support. They are attentive, polite, and always available whenever needed. The cleaning and housekeeping staff also do a wonderful job. The hospital is very clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which creates a safe and positive environment for patients.

⭐ Worst Hospital Experience – Completely Disappointing I admitted my mother to this hospital with severe abdominal pain and continuous headache. Unfortunately, the doctors here were unable to properly understand or diagnose her condition. Throughout the stay, they kept saying “she is fine” without any clear explanation, investigation, or proper treatment plan. Despite our repeated concerns, they neither addressed the seriousness of her symptoms nor discharged her on time. She was kept admitted for five days unnecessarily, and after that, they simply discharged her without resolving the actual problem. Due to their misguidance and lack of medical competence, my mother’s condition became worse instead of improving. The doctors appeared careless, unprofessional, and lacked basic clinical judgment. This hospital caused us mental stress, wasted our time and money, and most importantly, put my mother’s health at risk. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this hospital with their loved ones. Highly unprofessional doctors and very poor patient care.

My father Mahaver Prasad was treated at SR Kalla Hospital for gallbladder stones that had moved into the bile duct.
