My first time in India for a surgical procedure. I researched extensively the surgeon who performed the operation but left the details of the hospital to him and his team. As it turned out the hospital he chose was positively outstanding. The amenities were all up to international standard in every way, but the most impressive aspect of this hospital lay in the people who work in and run this medical establishment. The level of care, concern and consideration given to the patient is quite exceptional and not what I expected. Most impressive was the level of genuine care shown by all of the nursing and backup staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hospital. It has everything you will need in regard its amenities, but full of staff and personnel who will go the extra mile for the patient. Highly recommended.

Special mention of Mrs Mamta Gupta ( Pathology Department). She is very professional, always takes utmost care , shows tremendous patience to find the veins in case it is not traceable.I don't remember her pricking more than once to collect the sample of blood.Very courteous and positive. This review is based on my experience with her work after maybe 10-12 times of blood collection for my family members and me. SRV hospital - please pass our best wishes and ensure you don't lose her at any cost. Thank you 😊

I am very grateful to SRV Hospital, Chembur, for the excellent care provided during my wife’s C-section delivery. The doctors and staff were kind, supportive, & professional. Dr. Sujata Gatalwar handled the delivery with great care and expertise, ensuring a safe and smooth procedure. Dr. Trupti Khapre and Dr. Snehal Sawant also guided us properly and took great care throughout. Under the expert guidance of Baby Dr. Rohit Narvekar, our baby received outstanding care.Special thanks to the nursing staff and the reception team, especially Shruti Madam and Poonam Madam, for their constant support and friendly approach. I highly recommend this hospital.

My wife was admitted to SRV Hospital, Chembur on 11-11-2025 with complaints of abdominal pain persisting for nearly a month. Diagnosing her condition was challenging; however, after thorough investigations, including a CT scan of the abdomen, Dr. Arpan Shah successfully diagnosed her with Abdominal Koch’s and promptly initiated Anti-Koch’s treatment. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Arpan Shah’s exceptional knowledge, experience, and clinical expertise. His timely and accurate diagnosis prevented unnecessary delays, and his compassionate approach during follow-up visits gives us great confidence and reassurance. I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Deepak Pande and Mr. Vinit from the PR and Administration team for their outstanding support during the admission process and throughout my wife’s hospital stay. Additionally, I am grateful to all the nursing staff on the floor for their dedicated care, professionalism, and kindness.
