Sudha Surgical Hospital PVT LTD

In this hospital, there is neither a place to sit nor a garbage can. There is 1 bathroom in the 4 floor building, that too is so dirty by holding the breath, people are using it under compulsion and men are also entering the ladies's bathroom. There is no disorder anywhere and there is no arrangement for the attendants to sit with the percent. Now the hospital is not built completely. There is no fan or no arrangement to sit anywhere and there is a little place to sit on the reception, even then all the seats are filled with crowd and the legs of the patient standing there are sitting on the grounds, so they are lifted.

Nice and helpful hospital. Staffs are good and coperative. And it's director Dr KK Singh is a very gentle man and very kind doctor compared to other in varanasi. One should visit the Sudha Surgical when ever needed... It's my personal experience when ever I have visited for treatment of my father.

Worst hospital & worst management I have seen ever. My mother is diagnosed stones in gall bladder. Dr said that I will operate her on 10 jan 2026 so admit her on 10 jan . We admitted her. Staffs said there is only 1 private room available so we paid for that but they took more than 2 hours for just cleaning the room make it available for us. In the evening they told that today operation will not be done. Next morning at 7 am operation will be done. They stopped food and water since last night 10 pm and after that no medicine no drip was given to my mother. We are waiting for the operation but no response from staffs. At 11 am 1 nurse came and took my mother to operation theatre by walking they didn't provide any stretcher or wheel chair after requesting also as my mother is old age & I'll. They forced my mother to walk to operation theatre and then to stand outside the operation theatre for more than 1 hour. When they had to not operate her then why they forced her to stand outside the operation theatre for so many times? Very irresponsible behaviour of staffs & management. I dont suggest anyone to come in this hospital for any kind of treatment. They just torture the patient.

The hospital provides very good facilities to its patients ,a number of doctors are there to serve you for different diseases.Parking facility is also available here and rooms are clean and hygienic.The staff are very active,polite and helpful to the patients and attendants.Facilities such as X-ray,CT scan and that of Ayushman card are available here and you may get discount at each step from the fees of X ray to buying medicine due to the humble behaviour of the director,Dr. KK Singh.If the condition of patient is critical then he or she need not join the line as they can go before other patients to doctor's cabin.Private rooms,semi ward and general ward are here for the patients and all are hygienic.The hospital is fully air conditioned.My sister was admitted here in her worst condition and by the treatment of the hospital got saved and is alive.
