This hospital is not recommended, especially for handling critical cases. Our experience with management, cleanliness, and staff coordination was very poor. The way cases are handled lacks professionalism and proper care. Like some other hospitals, this place also seems more focused on making money rather than patient well-being. We lost our father here within 20 days. After initial treatment, he was discharged and sent home. Within 3 days, his condition became critical again. We rushed him back, where he was shifted to the ICU and then put on a ventilator. Unfortunately, he lost his life. From our experience, there are serious concerns about how critical patients are managed, along with staff mismanagement and lack of cleanliness. Doctors are often considered next to God, and many truly deserve that respect—but sadly, not everyone is fit for this noble role. I would not recommend this hospital at all. Please be very careful and consider better options before choosing this place.

Extremely poor management and very rude customer behavior. Despite being such a big hospital, they have no clarity about doctor availability and absolutely no sense of how to communicate with patients. The doctor comes only once a week, and even that is never confirmed. Sometimes they say the doctor is coming, sometimes they say the doctor is out of the country — and this information is given at the last moment. If a doctor is not available, patients should be informed at least 1–2 days in advance, instead of being made to wait and waste their time. The staff attitude is arrogant and unprofessional. They openly say, “You can complain wherever you want, nothing will happen here.” Is this how a reputed hospital is supposed to behave? Everything is handled through one contact number, but there is no accountability at all. Complete waste of time, money, and mental peace. I would strongly NOT recommend this hospital to anyone.

The hospital’s service is exemplary in terms of emergency attention to patients, equipment used and easy processing of important steps… Dr. Rohit Rai is one of the chief exponents and USP of the hospital and appreciable.

"Horrible experience at this hospital! The management seems clobbered, and the staff are super unhelpful. From long waiting times to poor communication, everything was a disaster. Even basic facilities were lacking. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. 😤"

"Terrible experience! The hospital's service is a joke. Long waits, rude staff, and dirty facilities. They seem more interested in making money than treating patients. Biggest turn-off ever! 😤"
