I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. On my first visit, I was charged ₹600 for an eye checkup and 200 additional for another test— which, as clearly explained, included the complete check-up and final eye number. However, when I went for the follow-up to collect my final prescription, the receptionist suddenly demanded an extra ₹200 saying it’s for “final numbers.” I politely asked why I’m being charged again when I already paid for a full test, and instead of explaining, she got rude and defensive, even saying “niklo niklo” — which is completely unprofessional. It seems like they are trying to scam or overcharge patients by adding hidden fees that were never mentioned before. Please be careful before visiting — make sure you confirm all charges upfront. Transparency and respect toward patients are seriously lacking here. And It is very bad behaviour as a person I felt bad and embarrassing the way she talked 'niklo niklo' it felt she is throwing me out.

Process if billing is time consuming and things are not well explained..I understand that staff is dealing with multiple patients but for patient it is one Experience which they want satisfactory. Otherwise Sir, dealing with you is a very pleasant experience with clarity and comfort. Thanks so much for that.

Scam of 'eye dryness test'. They force you to go for this test which is 500+ rs. Which u ill find ok to go for.. then they will precribe u for eye drops of 1300 rs. which adds up in your bill.. Which they dont disclose before having test of so called dry ness test. U will go there for eye check up and u will end up doing this useless test.. Funny thing is Dr. Tells every patiant tht their eyes are dry and force everyone to go for this test. Smart move doc. ! Stay away!
