Process if billing is time consuming and things are not well explained..I understand that staff is dealing with multiple patients but for patient it is one Experience which they want satisfactory. Scam of 'eye dryness test'. They force you to go for this test which is 500+ rs. Which u ill find ok to go for.. then they will precribe u for eye drops of 1300 rs. which adds up in your bill.. Which they dont disclose before having test of so called dry ness test. U will go there for eye check up and u will end up doing this useless test.. Funny thing is Dr. Tells every patiant tht their eyes are dry and force everyone to go for this test. Smart move doc. ! Stay away!
