The reception staff are humble, soft-spoken, and highly cooperative. The OT staff(Mrs. Rasika) are equally courteous and attentive, offering tea, coffee, and any other assistance required, which adds to the overall comfort of patients. Mrs. Pratibha and Mr. Kailash were exceptionally supportive during the insurance process. They patiently explained the entire procedure in detail, which made the process smooth and stress-free for me. All the doctors are highly experienced, approachable, and humble. The hospital is also easily accessible, including for wheelchair users. Proper staircases and access points are thoughtfully provided after exiting the lift, ensuring patient convenience and safety.
