Heartfelt Appreciation for Exceptional Care at KIMS Sunshine Begumpet Recently, my mother-in-law underwent Robotic Total Knee Replacement surgery on both knees under the expert care of Dr. V Ratnakar. We are profoundly grateful to Dr. Ratnakar for his transparency, compassion, and professionalism throughout her hospital stay and recovery. His approachable and down-to-earth nature made us feel comfortable and reassured at every stage. Before meeting Dr. Ratnakar, my mother-in-law was hesitant about the surgery, but his thoughtful counseling and encouragement helped her gain the confidence she needed, which was instrumental in her successful surgery and recovery. A big thank you to Dr. Ratnakar—please continue your outstanding work! We also extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Rajesh from the hospital, the physiotherapist assigned by Dr. Ratnakar. Dr. Rajesh’s patience and kindness played a crucial role in my mother-in-law’s post-surgery rehabilitation. His supportive conversations and guidance helped boost her confidence, making her recovery smoother and faster. I would rate KIMS Sunshine Begumpet as the best hospital I have visited for various reasons. The entire staff—from housekeeping and security at the entry gate to the team in the inpatient rooms—was exceptional. Special kudos to the nursing staff, in-house physiotherapists (including Dr. Satyannarayana), duty doctors, and fellows who contributed to her recovery. As an attendant, I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the hospital’s care and services. Keep up the excellent work, KIMS Sunshine!

Date: 23/01/2026 I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience we faced during our recent hospital visit for a post-surgery follow-up checkup. Despite having a confirmed appointment at 1:00 AM, we were made to wait for 2–3 hours before the patient was finally examined. There was no proper patient-calling system in place. Patients were being called arbitrarily, resulting in overcrowding and confusion outside the doctor’s room, creating a situation similar to a fish market. It is concerning that while a token system is strictly followed for payment, no such system exists for patient consultation. If appointments are booked in advance and patients are charged a significant consultation fee, it is reasonable to expect an organized and fair process for medical checkups as well. This raises a serious question about the purpose of booking appointments and paying high fees when waiting times are not respected. I kindly request the management to look into this issue and implement a proper token or queue management system for patient consultations. This would greatly improve patient experience, reduce waiting time, and ensure fairness and order. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. Recently had a laparoscopic myomectomy at KIMS Sunshine Hospital Begumpet. Dr Swarna Sree is a very skilled surgeon. This is my second time getting a surgery with her previously I had a C-Sec. Both the times my experience was very nice and recovery very smooth. I appreciate that she takes time to explain everything and clear all the doubts beforehand. Her Secretary Venu Sir is also very supportive and communicative and assists you throughout the journey. He stays in touch for any queries and help. All the hospital staff, nurses and canteen staff are also very cooperative. Prompt meals were served timely. Thanks to the whole team.

I consulted Dr. Vijay kumar Reddy sir for chest pain, where sir had advised CAG, and I underwent the same. Sir had explained very clearly and accurately regarding the problem. Sir advised investigations which are necessary. Sir is very humble and caring and had more patience in listening the patients problems. Sir is an outstanding and excellent 👌 cardiologist in KIMS Sunshine. I highly recommend for patients to KIMS sunshine. Staff are also good and humble towards patients. Thank you.
