First time visiting Vijaya Health Care and honestly had a really good experience. The hospital was neat and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor listened patiently without any hurry. Felt comfortable throughout and properly taken care of. Will surely come back if needed.

Ortho Dr. Chandrasekhar , was excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The staff helped me feel comfortable from check-in to discharge. Highly recommend this hospital.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Patients visit doctors with trust, expecting guidance and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during this consultation with the orthopaedic doctor When a simple question was asked regarding an alternative option, the response from the doctor was unnecessarily rude, sarcastic, and dismissive instead of being helpful. This kind of attitude is unacceptable from a healthcare professional. Patients ask such questions because they trust the doctor’s knowledge and expect guidance. Responding with arrogance or irritation only reflects a lack of empathy and professionalism. We show great amounts of respect towards doctors in our society for their service and such people bring that respect down which is a shame. Doctors may have great qualifications, but without basic humanity and patience towards patients, it defeats the entire purpose of the profession. I hope the hospital management takes such behavior seriously before it damages the trust patients place in this institution.

A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. 🙏 One of the worst hospitals I have ever been to . And I wouldn’t recommend this hospital for any particular emergency cases .My father had a very serious brain stroke and he lost his speech and was in a very very serious condition. The staff was very rough and unbothered . I have never witnessed any hospital as careless as this , Iam utterly disappointed . VIJAYA HEALTH CARE LACKS MEDICAL PROFESSIONALISM . Because of the slow response and lack of proper attention, we decided to shift my father to another hospital. The facilities and coordination here were extremely poor, and it felt like patient care was not being treated as a priority. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training, emergency response, and patient handling. No family going through a medical emergency should have to deal with such an experience. I honestly don’t even wanna give one star Please save ur loved lives and don’t even risk coming here .
