If I could give 0 stars, I would have for this facility. Extremely dirty facility. One of their washrooms had broken seat, the other one was super dirty. My Mom caught UTI, thanks to them when we had visited them in the month of March. There is no concept of ever cleaning the toilets. On top of that, they are extremely unprofessional and don't follow basic protocols. When caught in the wrong, the technicians lie shamelessly while their doctor covers up for them. Every one who gets Pet Scans done, knows they are supposed to check blood sugar and BP. The technician didn't bother to check and my mother was administered the injection. When I asked the technician, he said the sugar level was absolutely normal and he was so shameless that he even mentioned an imaginary number. When I asked my Mom if they had actually done the blood test, she said no. Now, here is a woman who gets blood sugar tested everyday so knows. Please don't put yourselves in danger by going to this unprofessional and filthy facility.
Fraud Alert!!!!!!!!!These kind of labs can’t be trusted. I called them prior visiting them that whether my ultrasound will be done today or not they assured me that it will be done today. But after visiting there and told them that we are from central government they told us sorry you come tomorrow today doctor is not available his car met with an accident. And after coming out of the lab I called them again and asked the same question they said yes come we can do the ultrasound . So see what they are doing they are fooling the patient. The patient is in pain and all they care is about their comfort. And lying to us that tha doctors car met with and accident and on the same time asking other patients to come. Liars!!!!!
A bit unprofessional.. They don't priorities patient based on appointment, non systemic and give priorities to their own people. Reception person is unprofessional and talk very abruptly to me when I asked about the waiting time. Absolutely unprofessional and I don't think one should come here and waste his time.
