The Doctor is extremely good but the staff specifically Apeksha the counselor is unprofessional. I consulted the doctor for my cataract surgery and was advised to get some tests done and then consult with the counselor. I got the tests done and called the clinic, the counselor was not available. After a couple of days I got her on the phone and she asked me to send all the reports on WhatsApp after which she was going to talk with the doctor and get back to me but she did not so again after a couple of days I called and she was on leave then the next day she was busy and the day after she had left early. Finally I got her on the phone and she insisted that I come only at either 11.30 am or 5.30 pm as neither of the times were suitable it got delayed again. Finally without calling her I visited in the afternoon and got the counseling done. I informed her that I was going out of town for a week and to schedule the surgery on Saturday. As I was going to require general an anesthesia suddenly she called on Monday and asked me to come on Wednesday as the anesthesiologist wanted to see me personally. It was not possible for me as I was out of town and after several discussions during which I found her to be very uncooperative I decided to get my surgery done elsewhere. I guess the doctor has too many patients and the staff is very busy.
