I had a very good experience at Shushila hospital 🏥.The doctors and nurses were extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and all facilities were available on time. The staff explained every procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciate the quick response in the emergency department and the follow-up care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality medical treatment

Best hospital in our locality Narela. Dr. Arun nad Dr. Varoon mehra are very polite and very supportive. All the faculty members are very cooperative. Just one complaint, They can do better by improve their Hygiene department. Otherwise everything was far greater than expected.

My Son was admitted to Sushila Hospital, Narela Safiabad road for four days, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Arun Khatri (Management ) and Dr. Mohit Gupta (Pediatrician) were wonderful, patiently explaining my child treatment and answering all my questions. The support staff also made my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hospital." Instead of just saying the staff was "good," actions, cleanliness or aspects of their care, such as a doctor's communication or a nurse's attentiveness.

My experience with Sushila Hospital, Narela was mixed. In the beginning, the hospital staff seemed quite irresponsible and uncoordinated. No one was giving clear answers. On the first night, an accidental patient was admitted, but they didn’t even do a proper full-body checkup. They didn’t even open the external bandage the patient had when he arrived from outside. For almost 12 hours, no main doctor came to see the patient. The doctor who was supposed to handle the case was on leave, but the staff kept saying, “The doctor is coming soon.” Even for the surgery, no doctor came to talk to the guardian — the reception simply informed us that “your patient has surgery today.” Things only got clear after several arguments. However, after the surgery, everything went well. The staff was cooperative, and the treatment and recovery were both good. There were issues in the beginning, but later, the hospital’s response and care were satisfactory. I would suggest that people can consider getting treatment here, but the hospital management needs to improve their coordination and communication with patients and families.
