Dr. Ankita and her cordinator priyanka were highly professional,caring and supportive throughout the delivery process.they explained everything clearly and made my wife comfortable and confident. The nursing staff was very kind patient,and attentive especially during labour. Iam truly thankful to the doctor and entire team for their support and care. Ihad a very good experience at Kapil Multispeciality Hospital. The doctors are highly experienced, supportive, and explain everything clearly to the patients and their families. The nursing staff and front office team are very polite and cooperative. The hospital maintains proper cleanliness and hygiene. All facilities including OPD, IPD, and emergency services are well managed. The overall environment is comfortable and patient-friendly. I truly appreciate the dedication and care provided by the entire hospital team. I highly recommend Kapil Multispeciality Hospital to anyone looking for quality medical treatment and genuine care. Especially for Ms. Priyanka she is very cooperative and helpful.
Very poor experience. Doctors provided incorrect information regarding the condition and did not explain the reports properly. Felt like unnecessary procedures were being suggested. Staff behavior was also not satisfactory. Healthcare is a serious matter and such negligence can affect patients badly. Management should seriously look into this
Pathetic Hospital Not at all good for delivery. Even if the normal delivery is possible they create the scenarios for delivery by operation.They tell you false reasons and stories very cleverly so that patient moves for c-section(operation for delivery). They dont care for anything else. Specially Dr. Priyanka (gynae), She has no sense of talking and not even have manner to talk with patients. Instead of taking care of patient in pain she shouts and quarrels. In my view she need to learn some etiquettes. I strongly suggests please do not go there if you want normal delivery and good care for your wife, sister etc.
