Very poor experience. Doctors provided incorrect information regarding the condition and did not explain the reports properly. Felt like unnecessary procedures were being suggested. Staff behavior was also not satisfactory. Healthcare is a serious matter and such negligence can affect patients badly. Management should seriously look into this

Recently, I visited Kapil Hospital for my mother’s treatment, where we consulted a neurosurgeon. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the consultation. The doctor did not conduct a thorough examination of my mother and appeared to be rushing through multiple patients during the allotted time. Additionally, the doctor advised immediate hospital admission without providing a clear medical justification. It seemed that the recommendation may have been influenced by the fact that we possess a government panel card. During the consultation, approximately five to six patients were seen within a span of 30 to 45 minutes, which raised concerns about the quality and attention given to each case. The medication prescribed has not provided any relief to my mother, and her condition continues to persist. Additionally, no diagnostic tests were recommended to further evaluate her symptoms. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take the necessary action at the earliest.

My wife had a normal delivery at this hospital and my overall experience was good. Dr. Ankita and her cordinator priyanka were highly professional,caring and supportive throughout the delivery process.they explained everything clearly and made my wife comfortable and confident. The nursing staff was very kind patient,and attentive especially during labour. Iam truly thankful to the doctor and entire team for their support and care. I would definitely recommend this hospital for Normal delivery and femilare behaviour.🙏😀😀😀

The nursing staff and front office team are very polite and cooperative. The hospital maintains proper cleanliness and hygiene. All facilities including OPD, IPD, and emergency services are well managed. The overall environment is comfortable and patient-friendly.
