Swarna Scans

Sample collect time 15 min but I am waiting time 4 to 5 hours. Very expensive. I am not spread bad things what ever I have face mention same. I reached hospital around 9 :45 people who are comming after me for scans they are doing I know my sample collect was something different from others but I told them I am comming from other district after sample collection again I have to go to other lab for test need to show reports to doctor. Who is comming first on priority base you have to do right. Different procedure right it will not take more than 15 min and you are not doing free of cost. 1 hour Waiting time ok but not 4 hours and you can check below review most of people same waiting issue

Time taking and expencive. For fne, test time 10 min waiting time 5 hours. Just gave slides to give it at other place.. when i asked i have been asked to wait for two min .. after sitting for two hours and asked again been told to com back after 3 pm. reported at 3 pm. test done at 4 pm. reports given at 5.25 pm. in report mentioned time 5 pm. blood pressure test taken at 5.15pm. one of the employee given treat to others . busy with that . it is not that other patents are waiting . other than me only two other are waiting. it is ok that we have been informed to wait .

Worst hospital with worst service and no correct information, they said test will be completed in an hour but it took more than 3 hours,and cleanliness is very poor,literally vomited for the smell in washroom. And reports are even given one hour late and missed my appointment at other hospital who recommended this scan
