Hi as i was gone under the Squint surgery and after that i was gone under the lens exchange surgery under Dr. Suraj Munjal chairman . The hospital is very nice and all facilities very good as i loss mh vision but after the surgery i got all like a wow moments for me to get my vision back . As my counselling done by the Mr. Dharmender he is very good person very soft spoken and well managed everything. Thanks Dr. Suraj Munjal and Mr. Dharmender to give me best vision with lits of care . Recommend everyone for any eyes related problems .

Very poor services, lazy and rude staff. Booked an appointment at 5 pm, not attended until 6 pm. Staff is busy in chit chatting on sofa. More than patients this branch has more staff of receptionists. The phone attendant is also very rude uses a point blank Haryanvi tone it will seem u r in a general hospital. The owner needs to understand that building a fancy hospital isn't the only thing, u need to hire an educated well trained staff if u need to drive in a competitive market. Plus what is the use of taking an appointment if children are made to wait for an hour?? The doctor is good but what's the point when the entire experience right from calling the hospital taking appointments billing and waiting schedules is worse? Never going to visit here again.

He supports like a friend — always ready to help, ready to guide, even in personal life matters when I felt stressed. His reassurance and kindness made a huge difference in my recovery. The staff is also wonderful, very polite, organised, and caring throughout all my visits. A special mention to Rahul — he is extremely polite, helpful, and always makes the process smooth. His kind behaviour and support during every visit are truly appreciated. I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent treatment and the emotional support I received.
