We had a disappointing experience at TX Hospital in Uppal. My family members were admitted, and the treatment costs were exorbitant. When my family members requested assistance to apply for the CM relief fund, the staff denied my request. The management displayed rude behavior towards my family during a difficult time, showing a lack of empathy for those in need. It felt as though patients were treated based on their financial status rather than their health needs. Overall, I cannot recommend this hospital, as their focus on profit over care is unacceptable. Edit : Called multiple times and reached with specific files but didn't get any updates. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my previous communications regarding "CM Relief application form" as I have not yet received a response. I understand that the team may be busy, but it is important for us to address this matter promptly. I have reached out on 3 September 2025, and I would greatly appreciate your feedback at your earliest convenience. If there is a better time or method for us to discuss this, please let me know. Your input is crucial, and I want to ensure we’re aligned moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We had a good experience at the hospital during a very stressful time. Special thanks to Mr. Nagendra and Mr. Basha for their support, guidance, and patience throughout the process. They were helpful, responsive, and made things easier for us. Truly appreciate their professionalism and care.

We sincerely thank TX Hospital, Uppal for the care and support provided during our time of emergency. The doctors were very efficient and supportive, making us feel comfortable and confident, though the hospital needs to pay more attention to its maintenance. We would especially like to thank Nurse Jomcy, the Nursing Head, for her kind and helpful nature. She was extremely supportive and attentive, and her service was truly excellent. Her caring attitude made our experience much better. We truly appreciate her dedication and the efforts of the hospital team.

Worst hospital. Please never visit this hospital. One of the lady receptionists is very rude and does not have the basic common sense of how to deal with customers. In addition, one of the physicians, Dr. Aravind Reddy, does not have proper manners on how to interact with or treat patients. I will not say that every staff member is rude; a few of them are doing their work sincerely. However, the behavior of that lady receptionist and Dr. Aravind Reddy was especially rude and unprofessional. They don't even provide our reports properly.

Disappointing Experience at TX Hospital, Uppal 😔 I'm writing this review to share my frustrating experience at TX Hospital, Uppal. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the proper medical care I expected. The hospital's guidance on my condition was unclear and confusing, leaving me anxious and unsure about my treatment. The infrastructure was also lacking - the lift was out of order, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, I'd advise patients to consider other options for better care. 🙏 Rating: -1/5 stars
