Today I went to get treatment for my head, but the staff there don’t talk properly when you ask something — it feels just like a government hospital. And the funniest part is, after doing the CT scan, they said, “Please wait, the printer is not working. We’ll give the report once it’s fixed.” Patients are suffering, but their printer is the problem. Very slow service — this was my first and last visit to this hospital.
I visited [united medicity], a private hospital, expecting better service than a government facility. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and slow to respond, and there was a serious lack of proper management. In fact, the service quality here was worse than what I have seen in many government hospitals. Patients were made to wait unnecessarily, and there seemed to be no proper system in place. Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. It urgently needs improvement in staff training and patient care.
The hospital is good and quite large, with all kinds of modern equipment. However, the staff here completely lack basic etiquette. They don’t know how to speak properly to patients or their attendants — they are very rude and mannerless. The senior doctors are good, but the junior doctors and medical staff have no sense of how to behave or communicate respectfully.
I had a very good experience visiting this hospital. The doctors and staff here are very well trained and experienced. Hospital is very big and has all the facilities with very clean and tidy private rooms and general wards. And the best thing about this hospital is that health cards like ayushman and pandit Deendayal are accepted and provided full cashless treatment here. I would prefer this hospital than any other money making hospitals in allahabad.
1). Doctors have no fixed visiting time and treat general ward patients as if they don’t exist. 2). Rats inside the general ward — completely unsafe and unacceptable. Serious question: why hasn’t the hospital license been cancelled? 3). Beds remain empty, yet patient attendants are forced to sleep on the floor. Inhuman treatment. 4). Nurses and junior staff are good, but doctors are careless and the management is useless and arrogant. 5). Clear discrimination between private and general ward patients. 6). Poor hygiene, no accountability, no empathy.
