I came here for an MRI and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, the staff gave different reasons each time, which was very confusing and felt dishonest. The reception staff were rude, made unpleasant facial expressions, and answered questions disrespectfully. Instead of providing clear information, they kept telling me to keep asking about the report.
