I strongly advise caution while dealing with Sterling Accuris Diagnostics – Pathology Lab. In my case, the lab generated an invoice mentioning “Collection Charges” without any proper bifurcation. When I raised the issue and requested a corrected invoice, they did not respond at all and failed to provide any satisfactory explanation. Because of this careless mistake, my medical claim is on hold, and I am facing unnecessary trouble due to their software issue and negligence. What’s worse is that they don’t care to reply or resolve the problem, leaving patients and their families helpless. Such irresponsible behavior and lack of accountability from a reputed diagnostic center is extremely disappointing. If they cannot even handle a simple billing correction, it raises serious concerns about their professionalism and customer care.
