I would have given negative reviews if there is any option. Pathetic staff behavior. Literally no sense of how to behave with a patient. Especially the guy at reception named Kaushik, no sense no manners nothing. I must say better not to get diagnosed instead of coming here.

Today I called and ask about my 1 of employee medical appointment they confirm on call but when employee reached there for medical than they denied your appointment is not shedule today. It's wasting time or money . Very bad .. pathetic 😞

they are not providing reports after annul health checkup. no talking sense. this center need help to diagnostics themself. dont go.. keep away... as what i suggest.

The diagnostic centre is full of ill mannered staff strengths including Dr Modh who must have seen the reviews about the clinic given by the public but there is no improvement in service. Actually Dr Modh needs to be complained off in fact , because for all the ill mannerisms in the centre. Any body knowledge of the concerned department to be complained of , may kind share please.Today one attender behaved as if we have done some mischief to enter the centre for test.

I wish to give this a 0 star rating if possible. Went there for my husband's xray and he was sitting on a wheel chair outside in this hot temperature I went inside to ask for help , but the guy on the reception said the staff is on lunch break , I asked him for help then still he didn't even bother to listen and ignored my concern. I asked him will my husband wait outside till the time your staff finishes lunch atleast you can come out and help , he still ignored and behaved arrogant. I don't know how doctors appoint such irresponsible staff members at their hospital who are not willing to help. We somehow took him inside with out any help from their staff. Post xray we raised this concern to the doctor and the Dr said " people have free time to post bad reviews " On which my opinion is why will someone take out time to put bad reviews where everybody is busy in their lives. I said even our experience is worst here and hence may be other people may have also experienced the same and hence the bad reviews are been put up. So instead of blaming people for their free time I would suggest Dr. Modh to train their staff or else get a good staff, the staff is rude and of no help. Everyone goes to hospital when there's some need and not by happiness. And it's not even we are getting service or test for free we are paying too much and this behaviour is not acceptable in return. This is my worst experience in Ahmedabad from a medical clinic or lab.
