Excellent Care and Professionalism at Balco Hospital ​We had a fantastic experience here at Balco Hospital. My mother recently underwent a Partial Nephrectomy surgery performed by Dr. Dipanjan Biswas. I am absolutely giving this hospital a positive feedback! Dr. Dipanjan is truly professional and an expert in his field, what a personality, polite, soft spoken and calm. The surgery went very well, and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his skill and care. ​ Nursing Staff & Support ( Private Ward Both A and B wing ) The nurses assigned to look after my mother were incredibly professional and attentive. They were always there exactly when we needed them. They are truly hardworking, and watching them do their job with such dedication made me respect the nursing profession even more. ​I can't name any specific nurse because every single one of them gave the utmost care to my mother. ​ Cleanliness and Food The cleanliness in this hospital is top-notch. If we had any minor requests or complaints, the staff took care of them immediately. The food quality is also awesome, especially the meals prepared specifically for patients. ​Honestly, everything here is just top-notch. I have absolutely no complaints at all. ​Thank you, Balco Hospital. I hope you continue this excellent standard in the future. * The most important thing for us was the behavior of the staff—please maintain this same kind, supportive, and professional attitude always. I came here on recommendation of one of my senior who's Dr. at Aditya hospital,Sdl ,M.P. I had a very good experience during my treatment ,the Drs explained everything clearly also the nursing staff was caring n responsive . I must say environment, Drs , all staffs are soo soo kind , especially the food that I got here during treatment that was so tasty , I mean "itna tasty hospital me khana milta h to I would love to stay here 🤩" . I highly recommend this hospital.

Experience Regarding PET Scan Previously, my experiences with BALCO had been quite good, which I had described in detail earlier. However, due to limited space for writing a review, I had to remove the old one and write about my latest experience instead. It is important to state real facts in a review so that the management, if it deems appropriate, can take cognizance and make necessary improvements — and other readers can make informed decisions based on the review. My recent experience with the PET CT scan at BALCO was not particularly good. I have undergone PET CT scans twice before at other places, so I have a fair basis for comparison. The behavior of the staff member (name unknown) on duty in the PET CT room was very unpleasant. Before administering the medicine through the machine via the cannula, the staff member gave it manually. The way it was done was so unskilled that, despite having good pain tolerance, I couldn’t help but cry out in pain. When I objected, she said that my veins had become thin and weak due to chemotherapy, which is why it hurt. However, when I looked at the machine, I noticed that she had injected a much larger amount at once than what was supposed to be given. To cover up her own mistake, she blamed my veins instead. The PET scan was conducted on September 26, and I was admitted from September 27 to October 3. During my stay, I never received the PET scan report (printout). The reason given was that the printing machine was not working. At the time of discharge on October 3, I was finally given the printout, but the quality was so poor that it was impossible to understand anything from it. After waiting several more days, when I went again on October 9 to get the report reprinted, the new print was of equally poor quality. Upon inquiry, the staff said that “this is how the report comes.” Dr. Vivek Baghel, who was present there, confirmed the same and stated that “reports are made like this only” and that the black film format is no longer made these days. Once again, I felt that instead of acknowledging their mistakes or shortcomings and improving upon them, excuses were made that are hard to accept — forcing the patient to write about their bad experience.

I have been coming to BALCO MEDICAL CENTER since 2022,especially the Radiation Oncology Department. The staff here is so helpful and respectful towards every patient that goes there. What more does a patient suffering from cancer want? I really admire the ethics imparted to the staff here and hope the same continues.

My sister in law mrs Sangeeta shrivastava is getting treated under dr deba dulal sir and we are very much happy and fully satisfied with his treatment plan। Dr deba sir dr archana mam dr Nikita mam and customer care staff are very। good and helpful
