I recently received treatment at the vims hospital and overall experience was very good. Dr. Prafulla borkar sir listened carefully to my concerns and explained the surgery procedure and treatment plan clearly. I felt comfortable asking questions,and all my doubts were answered patiently. The staff was polite, supportive, and well organised.
