Vimal Eye Hospital (Unit of Vimal Nursing Home)

Absolutely terrible experience. Bahut hi ganda hospital hai yeh We paid 600 for dressing(more than the doctor’s consultation fee). The staff is completely irresponsible(removed the old dressing and went away for 15-20 mins while patient was in pain). Then the doctor Alka Agrawal came after 20 mins and did the dressing, asked all the history and then said to staff ‘inse jyada lena’ just because we had a different dr for consultation before. The doctor was inattentive, unsupportive, and lacked seriousness. The place is extremely dirty and unhygienic. The wait time was ridiculously long even thought we called before going and added our name to the list, causing unnecessary distress to the patient. Strongly do not recommend.

Anil Agarwal doctor is very bad if patient is in pain instead of making comfortable he is shouting and said that he can't do treatment I have not seen doctor like this i suggest please don't go isse acha ap kisi normal chote doctor ke paas jaye vo acha behave krte hain. Im giving 1rating only for the staff. Or fees bhi Puri leli bss hath lgane ke 400rs patient ki value nhi hai.

Most unprofessional doctor. Don't have any responsibility towards patients. It will be your turn after 3 hours waiting for her but she will peacefully sleep in her seat without even thinking about you. I ll never suggest anyone to go to her

I give 3 stars just for the doctor Ms. Alka Agarwal. She is an excellent doctor. But I find the staff to be very careless and rude, especially the the girl at the reception desk who is way too rude, she doesn't even look at you when you are asking her sonething, there has to be someone responsible at the reception desk. Anybody would go and ask her, therefore she must know all important information. I also don't find the hospital at any level. I would recommend that Dr. Is really good but don't go for the hospital purpose.
