Firstly, the treatment provided was highly inappropriate and lacked the professionalism and attention that any patient deserves. Medical staff seemed inattentive, and there was a noticeable delay in response during emergencies. The lack of proper diagnosis and poor communication from doctors and nurses caused unnecessary distress and confusion. Secondly, the hygiene and cleanliness of the general ward were unacceptable. The toilets were in a filthy state and not cleaned regularly, emitting a foul smell that was unbearable for patients and visitors alike. The bed sheets were stained and not changed between patients, raising serious concerns about infection control and basic hygiene protocols. Furthermore, the ventilation system was either non-functional or grossly inadequate. The entire ward felt extremely suffocating, with poor air circulation and no access to fresh air. Such an atmosphere is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous, especially for patients with respiratory conditions or weakened immunity. It is extremely disappointing to witness such negligence in a facility that is supposed to provide care, healing, and a safe environment for recovery. I sincerely hope that this matter is taken seriously and that immediate steps are taken to improve the hygiene, infrastructure, and quality of care in your hospital.

Cleaning and hygienic are very good. Few staffs are also good. But doctors are not experienced there. They don't know how to handle critical cases. Specially Dr. R. K. Pathak (child specialist) is a inexperienced doctor. He never know how to handle a normal case also. He knows vaccination only. No idea for treatment of a child. He knows very well how to blame to gurdian for illness of child, not focus for better treatment.
