Very bad experience. The hospital made me wait for almost 3 hours and then, instead of showing me to an orthopedic doctor, they sent me to a general physician while saying it was ortho. This is completely misleading. Not recommended

Review for Raj Nursing Home, Prayagraj & Dr. S.P.S. Chauhan My experience with Raj Nursing Home and Dr. S.P.S. Chauhan has been heartbreaking and deeply disappointing. Dr. Chauhan, despite being very senior in age, shows little concern or empathy toward patients. His approach seems rushed and transactional. Whenever you visit him for any serious health issue, his immediate recommendation is surgery — without thorough explanation or exploration of alternatives. He does not have his own hospital and refers all patients to Raj Nursing Home, Prayagraj, for operations and admissions. This facility itself is far from suitable for critical treatments — it's unhygienic, lacks basic facilities like a NICU, and the staff is poorly trained. Dr. Chauhan has a fixed charge of ₹2 lakhs for tumor surgeries, regardless of individual case differences. Tragically, he performed surgery on my 5-and-a-half-year-old child, and due to his negligence and the hospital’s lack of proper post-operative care, I lost my precious child. To anyone considering treatment here or with Dr. Chauhan, I urge you to seek a second opinion and choose a better-equipped hospital with compassionate and transparent care. No one should have to go through what we did.

A nursing home with ample facilities with great price. One thing that missed at this place is efficient work force and men are working there was ill-mannered as well as illiterate.

It is best nursing home in prayagraj city for all medical purpose in very fair price...in this nursing home senior doctors and staff is also very cooperative and friendly with patient...overall it provides best treatment facility with minimum expenses....
