My father successfully underwent surgery for a brachial plexus injury, performed by Dr. Balachandran in Virinchi hospital. The doctor was exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and polite throughout the entire process. Despite the surgery lasting over five hours, it was carried out with remarkable precision, and the doctor explained every aspect of the procedure thoroughly. The pre-surgical diagnosis was accurately addressed during the operation, and Dr. Balachandran patiently answered all our queries with great care and humility. The hospital environment was extremely clean and hygienic, reflecting a high standard of care. The nursing staff were also very attentive and supportive, especially Ms. Sujata and a few others who provided exceptional assistance during my father’s recovery.
