I had a very good experience with the Ophthalmology Department at Virinchi Hospital. Dr. Krishna — he is extremely supportive and assisted me very well throughout my treatment. He helped me a lot with the insurance process and made everything smooth and stress-free. I am truly grateful for his guidance and patience. I would also like to sincerely thank Surgeon Dr. Vasanth Kumar Basireddy for his excellent care and professionalism. The treatment was handled with great expertise, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Overall, the staff and doctors were very caring and helpful. The nursing and support staff were caring, responsive, and always ready to help. Overall, the care and service exceeded our expectations. As you know this hospital is located on the main road, virinchi signal banjara Hills. I took my mom to this hospital for knee pain or Arthritis. Orthopedics consultation fee-₹199 EWS CARD FEE-₹99 Right & left leg x rays-₹200 Blood test--₹300 Documents required for EWS Card or first time visitors 1.passport size photos 2.Ration card(Member details or net paper) 3.Aadhar card of patient 4.₹99 Ews card fee. If you are holding Aarogyasri from Andhra or Telangana separate booths are there. Dr Natesh Kolusu is good at discriminating patients. If you go through Ews card scheme he will never utter a word simply write the xrays and blood test. After doing x rays simply writing medicines and asking to wait for blood test reports. This is very big hospital but every time there will be system issue for blood test reports. Dr Natesh kolusu is good at time passing by making patients wait outside his consultation room No seriousness in attending patients, not giving any motivation, simply asking do you have sugar, throid, or bp and simply writing medicines. Dr Natesh kolusu is a timepass guy not serious docter. I dont recommend Dr. Natesh kolusu also i dont recommend this hospital for any diseases. Everone from reception, to Drs are timepassing and simply completing duty and earning salaries. No seriousness at all. You will find good reviews about Dr natesh kolusu, but these reviews are posted by the staff itself or their relatives. Overall what they are doing means if the hospital fee is high no one will come for consultation simply reducing the consultation fee to increase business This is my honest review, im not having grudges on Dr Natesh kolusu but i have written what I have experienced. My father successfully underwent surgery for a brachial plexus injury, performed by Dr. Balachandran in Virinchi hospital. The doctor was exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and polite throughout the entire process. Despite the surgery lasting over five hours, it was carried out with remarkable precision, and the doctor explained every aspect of the procedure thoroughly. The pre-surgical diagnosis was accurately addressed during the operation, and Dr. Balachandran patiently answered all our queries with great care and humility. The hospital environment was extremely clean and hygienic, reflecting a high standard of care. The nursing staff were also very attentive and supportive, especially Ms. Sujata and a few others who provided exceptional assistance during my father’s recovery. I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude and deepest appreciation to Dr. Balachandran and the entire medical team for their outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness.
