Star Hospitals a Unit of Unimed Health Care Private Limited

Last week I underwent a Triple Bypass surgery for blocks. I am very happy to report that after visiting at least 6 hospitals I settled on Star Hospital Banjara Hills for the same. This hospital runs like a Swiss watch, there are at least 6 Bypasses done daily and patients come back much relieved and happy with the experience. There is a team of 10 Surgeons headed by the most experienced and efficient Surgeon, Dir. Gopi Chand Mannam who performs most of the actual y pass surgeries himself. His assistant is the very capable Dr. K.V.Ramana Raju who is also a superb counselor for nervous patients who first approach the hospital. He inspires confidence and puts them at ease. When I left the hospital, I walked out on my own feet on the fifth day after the operation!! The Post-Operative care in the ICU has no equal in Hyderabad, the nurses are experienced, capable and caring to a great level. Their every action is recorded and sent to the management to ensure that rigid standards are always maintained. They work in a team like a well-oiled machine – hats off to this super crew. Nurses, Soundariya, Rupali, Deepa, Sabiya, the Head of Nursing and Ameen in the ICU and the Pysiotherapist Doctor Sanjeev Kumar and Swapna on the second floor rooms. A big thank you for your entire team Dr Mannam.

Dr. Sridhar is a very good person and an excellent doctor. He is extremely patient, listens carefully to all concerns, and explains the condition and treatment in a very clear and reassuring manner. His approach gives a lot of confidence to patients and family members. The treatment provided was very effective, and we are truly satisfied with the care. The overall hospital experience was also very good. Krishna (lDr Sridhar’s secretary ) deserves special mention for being very patient and supportive. He helped us with timely doctor appointments and guided us throughout the process, which made things much easier during a stressful time. The dialysis facility is very well maintained, and the staff does continuous monitoring throughout the procedure, which is truly reassuring. One outstanding thing I observed is the attentiveness and professionalism of the dialysis staff—they are always alert and responsive.

I’m getting excellent services from Nurses especially from sister Riya and in charge swaroopa sis.. They were taking care of me well and good…. It was excellent service from them…. The hospital organised,overall excellent Thanks to both of them sis Riya and sis swaroopa.. Housekeeping also good.. Thanks all of them…
