What patients say
781 on GoogleIt is very good hospital for psychiatric patients because world brain centre provides quality facilities at affordable pricing and Dr. Neelesh Tiwari is a very skilled psychiatrist and he can diagnosis the patient with just a look of patient’s facial expressions.
Dr. Neelesh Tiwari is exceptional psychiatrist and he has treated more than 1000 patients. He opened the world brain centre to fill the gap between correct treatment and patient's mental health. He has succeed very well in this field and as a friend of him and I recommend this hospital to anyone.
My mother-in-law was suffering from nerve compression in her lower back, and we consulted Dr. Neelesh Tiwari. This was not our first visit with him, and once again, he proved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Based on his advice, we decided to admit her to the hospital. While Dr. Neelesh Tiwari is excellent in his field, our overall hospital experience was very disappointing. The hospital is extremely expensive—we were charged around ₹70,000 for just 2 days of admission. However, the facilities and services do not justify these charges at all. The hospital environment is poor, and the rooms felt more like those of a government hospital, not a premium private facility. The staff is largely unprofessional, and the reception staff, especially Abhishek, lacks basic customer-handling skills and does not know how to speak properly with patients or attendants. The hospital also has very limited resources and does not provide basic amenities expected for patients. There is poor communication among the hospital team, which creates confusion and delays. The billing process was extremely slow—it took 6–7 hours just to generate a bill for a 2-day stay, even when the hospital was not busy. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. That said, I would still like to emphasize that Dr. Neelesh Tiwari is outstanding, and our trust in him remains strong. Unfortunately, the hospital management and services do not match the quality of the doctor.
Dr. Neelesh is Excellent psychiatrist and very politely for patient. Excellent service in psychiatric. He has wonderful knowledge and I come with serious psychetric issues nd they treated within 10 days. Great 👍👍
