We consulted Dr Shalini ma'am for delivery of my child. Since first month of pregnancy she provided us valuable guidance and provided appropriate treatment. We are blessed with a gracious girl. At times, we got confused and anxious because of the pregnancy. However, Dr Shalini counselled us and kept us motivated. Overall it was a wonderful and peaceful experience. We recommend the doctor and hospital. They will take very good care of the mother and child. Kudos!

Very disappointing experience at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Dwarka. I reached the hospital at 9:30 AM, but my OPD slip was generated only around 10:00 AM. After waiting until 11:30 AM, the doctor refused to see the patient and asked us to wait for Dr. Amita Gupta, who was expected at 12:00 PM. We were then told to make a fresh payment and get another OPD slip, so I paid again and obtained a new slip. Even after that, we kept waiting. Despite repeatedly speaking to the staff, there was no proper coordination or assistance. The staff appeared more occupied with casual conversations than attending to waiting patients. My wife is pregnant and cannot sit for long periods, yet no priority or consideration was given to her condition. After waiting for hours without receiving consultation, we finally decided to leave. I lost ₹650, but more importantly, we lost valuable time and had to go through unnecessary stress during pregnancy. I sincerely request the hospital management to improve patient management, reduce waiting times, and ensure that pregnant women and other patients are treated with dignity and timely care. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital.
