I recently had an experience with the CCU ward at Yatharth Hospital, and overall, it was good. My grandmother was admitted there for 4 days under the supervision of Dr. Pankaj. He handled all the diagnosis very carefully and explained her condition and treatment plan to us in a clear and patient manner. We truly appreciated how calmly he addressed our concerns and kept us informed throughout the process. The nursing and support staff in the CCU were cooperative and attentive, which gave us a lot of reassurance during a stressful time. I would also like to specially mention Ms. Ritu, the Floor Manager, who was extremely supportive. She gave prompt responses to all our queries and was always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Her professionalism and polite behavior made the overall experience much smoother. However, the only downside of our experience was with the security guards. They were quite rude and did not allow us to meet the patient. While we understand that CCU protocols are strict, a more polite and empathetic approach would make a big difference for families. Overall, the medical care was very good, and we are thankful to Dr. Pankaj, Ms. Ritu, and the entire CCU team for their support.

Dr. Shobhit Bharadwaj is one of my favorite doctors because he treats my mother like his own. He is very kind, patient, and attentive, and he always takes the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. His professionalism, dedication, and compassionate approach gave our family great confidence and comfort during treatment. We are truly grateful for his care, support, and commitment to his patients’ well-being. I would also like to appreciate Executive Tarannum for her excellent support and coordination. She is very polite, helpful, and responsive, and she guided us smoothly through every process. Her positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free. Thank you, Tarannum, for your outstanding service and cooperation.

The staff at this hospital are incredibly helpful and attentive. The doctors are highly skilled and supportive, providing excellent care. The nurse in ICU, in particular, was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and safety. The entire team goes out of their way to assist you, making the experience as smooth as possible. We were fortunate to stay in a single room, which included convenient on-call food service from the hospital canteen. The canteen offers reasonably priced meals, and the quality of the food is good, making it worth the cost. Additionally, the floor manager overseeing the 10th floor and its services was extremely helpful and ensured everything ran efficiently. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The lifts were quite slow, and it often took a long time to get a lift, very inconvenient. As for the room, it was clean and functional, but can be improved in terms of aesthetics to make the space more welcoming and modern. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this hospital for its excellent care and supportive staff, with the hope that these small issues are addressed in the future.

My experience at this hospital was very bad. Dr. Pallav Mishra advised us to admit the patient, but later it seemed that there was no real need for admission. In just one day, the expenses reached around ₹40,000, which created a significant financial burden for us. It is very important for doctors to give clear and accurate information to patients and their families, but that was not our experience here.
