What patients say
1,146 on GoogleWe had a very good experience at Sumitra Hospital, Noida for the treatment provided to my sister. The doctors were highly professional, patient, and explained every step of the treatment clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. The nursing staff was caring and attentive, and the hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained. From admission to discharge, the process was smooth and well-organized. We truly felt that my sister was in safe hands throughout her treatment. Thank you to the entire team of Sumitra Hospital for the excellent care and support. Highly recommended.
Physician doctors was incredibly calm , polite and explaining the treatment course thoroughly. The nurses were prompt, attentive , friendly and respectful of my need for rest. From admission to discharge the staff was professional, courteous and efficient, making a difficult time much easier. The housekeeping staff deserve high praise for keeping everything pristine.
I had my baby in January 2025. My whole journey of pregnancy was handled by Dr. Akansha Gupta. We had been trying for four years. My pregnancy was very complicated and also very high risk. She handled with very patiently and with utmost care. I had my c-section in sumitra hospital. The nurses and all the helping staff of labor room and post care delivery were very skilled, helpful, professional and good. My baby's pediatrician, Dr. Arpit Gupta is really the best. I Highly recommend this hospital
Very Poor Time Management – Be Prepared to Spend the Whole Day I recently visited Sumitra Hospital - Sector 35 in Noida for an ultrasound appointment. I reached at 11:00 AM and registered, but my turn came only around 12:30 PM, even though there were just 2–3 patients ahead of me. After the ultrasound, we had to wait another 30–40 minutes just to receive the report. The entire process was extremely slow and poorly managed. I would strongly advise anyone planning to visit this hospital—even if you have an appointment—to take proper leave from work and keep your schedule completely free. What should be a simple and quick procedure can end up taking several hours. The management seriously needs to improve their coordination and time management system to avoid wasting patients’ valuable time.
