It’s rare to find doctors who combine such professionalism with genuine compassion. Her patience, clarity, and willingness to be available whenever needed made both my mother and our family feel truly comforted and reassured. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Raghuram Teja, Dr. Nishanth Ponaganti, and Dr. Naveen Chandra Tej for their tremendous efforts and expertise in treating my mother with such care and dedication. Each of them approached her treatment with professionalism and compassion, ensuring she received the best possible medical attention. The nursing staff were equally wonderful — attentive, kind, and supportive throughout. The housekeeping and support staff maintained excellent cleanliness and a warm, positive atmosphere that helped my mother feel at ease. Zoi Hospital may not be a large or widely known facility, but the quality of care, human touch, and commitment shown by everyone here truly make it exceptional. I got appointment with Dr. Rahul Gandhi and it's great that we had the opportunity to visit him at Zoi Hospital Zoi Hospital in Attapur for a consultation, and I was impressed with the facilities and staff. My self mr Kishan Lal im coming to zoi Attapur past 4 years. Very happy with doctors and services. Last year I came with knee pain consulted orthopedic surgeon Dr Sanjay Tapadia very quick results in the treatment. Now My daughter is taking treatment and and physiotherapy. Team is very supportive doctor explained very well and the manager helped me to coordinate with them. Zoi Attapur is taking care of the patient completely. All the services under one roof. I had very worst experience 30/1/2026 At 8 pm my mom came with the wrost pain in the back n neck and came to emergency Watchman saw we are coming in the auto and saw that my mom is not feeling good But the person doesn't give the wheelchair nor opening the door And one more person is there wardboy He is also watching but not giving wheelchair I asked that person to give wheelchair that person is shouting at me Beds are full wht i do he but as a patient she unable to stand atleast they should give the wheelchair I asked him to give wheelchair then he give.beds was not there one nurser arrange the bed then nurses are not coming ,dr is not coming my mom having unbreable pain then im asking about drs nurse said let me complete the formalities then i dr comes she said ever nurse are spekingvery rudely to me.dr came once he is saying my mom is having allergy of tablets so he is saying he can't give medicine where the pain come to zero he is saying but he can give mild painkiller today I felt helper by the behaviour of the staff then I called my sis she came I told everything then she told not taking proper care and careless she told them male nurse spoken very rudely to her in the dr cabin he is saying baitiki velandi by very rude we really very bad as a patient atter we need to wht the things their are doing the treatment I went to nurse ,nurse is saying to dr ,dr saying wait untill I write the discharge from and we went at 8 by 8:20 dr came to see my mom we got ECG I m asking him wht is the report he is not about anything asking me to wait outside again around 11 o clk he came to see my mom Only 2 times he came Really felt bad,Felt helpless,nurses are seeing me and my sis annoyingily we felt annoying all the time after my sis spoken the dr and nurse they totally changed their behaviour. As a patient and attender we expect the dr n nurses friendly and we have right to know wht the things going on dr is declined to saying I'm unable to go to him also .I will no more go to that hospital and it's our family hospital but felt bad experience bad bad bad ... No fan no a.c was on
